A hotel management graduate, Chef Narendra Sharma has been associated with Ananda in the Himalayas since 2013. He comes with a vast repertoire of experience having worked with high end hospitality brands across the globe.  At Ananda he composes the Ayurvedic menu and also customizes menus for every guest in regards to their dosha type,  determined during an Ayurvedic consultation.
