DIY Aromatherapy Roll-On for Travelers

Traveling a lot lately? Being on the road always feels like an adventure to me. But sometimes, long hours in an airplane, bus or train can leave you feeling stressed and overwhelmed.
Aromatherapy is ideal to quickly calm the nerves. A roll-on is a great tool to clear your head and relieve tension, plus it fits in every pocket and purse!
Here are my 4 favorite homemade Aromatherapy Roll On recipes:
- Mix 2 tbs Jojoba oil and 10 drops Peppermint oil for a cooling and calming sensation.
- Mix 2 tbs Jojoba oil and 10 drops of Lavender oil to eliminate nervous tension and enhance blood circulation.
- Mix 2 tbs Jojoba oil and 10 drops of Lemongrass oil to relieve anxiety and strengthen the nerves.
- Mix 2 tbs Jojoba oil and 10 drops of Sweet Orange oil for an uplifting effect.
Pour your preferred combination in a little roll on bottle that you can easily find online and apply it on your pulse and your temple whenever needed. Take a deep breath and feel the tension melt away.
