Happy Summer Smoothie

During the hot summer, light and well-seasoned nutrition is in high demand, as it helps to activate the weak vitality, in Ayurveda also called “Agni”.
Try this new “I am happy”-Smoothie for more inner balance during summer.
“I am happy”-Smoothie
Ingredients (yields around 1 ¼ liter):
- 1 kg organic mango puree
- 4 – 6 tbsp passion fruit puree or fresh passion fruit (12 pieces)
- 2 tbsp rosewater
- 1 pinch cardamom
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 500 ml buttermilk
Mix together and blend all ingredients.
Sprinkle some maple syrup and cardamom on top to taste and serve ice cold!
