Dr. Arun Aravind is an Ayurveda physician and resident expert of traditional practices and treatments at the Niraamaya Retreats Surya Samudra Kovalam. In 1998, he graduated from Govt. Ayurveda Medical College, Ernakulam and proceeded to practice his career in Holistic and Wellness Spas at various reputed five-star resort properties across India.
Dr. Arun has specialized in the treatments of Musculo-skeletal conditions, Rheumatism, Skin conditions and Gastro intestinal disorders. He is also experienced in Stress management and Rejuvenation / Detoxification therapies based on Ayurveda as well as European and Oriental holistic therapies.
