Elizabeth Kouta
Nutritionist
Elizabeth Kouta is the Nutrition Care Manager in Out of the Blue Capsis Elite Resort and since 2012 the exclusive representative of Dukan Diet in Greece. She holds a bachelor degree (BA) in Home Economics and Ecology and a (MSc) in Clinical Nutrition from Harokopeio University of Athens. She has received scholarship from the State Scholarship Foundation in 2010 and has published greatly on issues of Health and Nutrition in weekly magazines and on the net. She is currently working on various dietary projects such as ‘Detoxification’, ‘Healing’ and ‘Kids and adolescent nutritional program’ in the hospitality sector.
