After a classic, well-founded hospitality education Maria worked in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy as Hotel Manager, Operations Manager and freelance event manager in the design hotel, catering and event industry for over 20 years.
She has a particular weakness for the Mediterranean culture and likes to enjoy excellent, authentic food and drinks. Surprising and delighting her guests inspires Maria and gives her satisfaction.
