Milena Simeoni
Milena Simeoni created and implemented the wellbeing concept of the HOME Spa at Palazzo BelVedere.
She is a Naturopath expert in European and Mediterranean Traditional Medicine (MTEM), which Palazzo Belvedere is the promoter of, author of numerous publications on the subject, and since February 2021 she is teaching in Switzerland, a country where MTEM is the main subject of one of the Naturopathic courses, which requires, at the end, the Federal exam with the related professional recognition.
Teacher and didactic Director of the School of Naturopathy LUMEN, Milena is the creator of the European project SALUS focusing on the promotion of Health and Environmental Sustainability.
Committed to research, she is responsible for the Piacenza office, of the DIANA 5 project (Study of Prevention of Recurrence of Breast Cancer through Diet and Lifestyle) conducted by Prof. Franco Berrino of the IRCCS Foundation (Istituto Nazionale per lo Studio e la Cura dei Tumori in Milano); she is also the creator and manager of the naturopathic intervention related to the RCT study, launched in 2021, promoted by S.C. of Neurology of the S.Giacomo Hospital in Novi Ligure (AL), with the aim of studying the effectiveness of naturopathy and lifestyle on the prevention and treatment of migraine
Author of countless publications including: Holistic Foot Reflexology®, Bach Flower Cards, Tao Flower Therapy and Analogic Medicine, she defined the Holistic Foot Reflexology® method, used within the Home Spa at Palazzo BelVedere for comparative holistic assessment.
In collaboration with the LUMEN Natural Cooking School, she has published recipe books in line with the most important international guides in the health field and, and within the BelVedere project, she has created the elemental menus, according to the principles of the MTEM .
