Mar 1, 2018I need help. My daughter sounds just like u. We finally got a diagnosis but she lives in LA and I live in St. Louis. She may need home heath care and our pocket books are slowley being emptied with all the day help for the kids. Her husband has to work full time. I am afraid she is dying. I don’t know how to help

Oct 22, 2017Hi Wendy, I have a similar story to yours of developing POTS while pregnant and now had it for 9 years. Diet and Pilates has really helped me, not cured, but POTS more manageable, but still struggle in the warmer weather. I am also thinking about studying nutrition and writing a cookbook on what has helped me to help others. So encouraging to read your story, thankyou!!

May 19, 2016Hi Wendy! I don’t know if you read these, but I just turned 20 and have had POTS (progressively worse) for probably about as long as I can recall. I read your article and was wondering if you could help me on the food front. I’m also a recovered anorexic, and my docs have been all but useless. Thanks! Stay strong!
