Biohacking is a comprehensive approach that studies all aspects of activity to create a preventive program and treat diseases properly. As a result, a person’s productivity and life expectancy increases.

The health monitoring system covers nutrition, physical activity, hormonal aspects, mental health, genetics, and other areas. A healthy lifestyle is an integral part of the method. Preventive medicine is not based on treatment, since it is not pathology that leads a person to the doctor, but his or her desire to get better.

How does biohacking work?

To improve their quality of life, biohackers go through three different steps. After that, they keep leading a healthy lifestyle, enhance productivity, vitality and are always elated.

increased productivity with biohacking

Let’s look at each stage separately.

Complete body diagnostics

To create a robust picture of a person’s condition, a biohacker specialist uses all the available diagnostic methods. Along with laboratory, functional, and diagnostic methods, a widely used tool is frequency-wave imprinting.

Diagnostics by means of the SensitivE Audit device includes determining the amount of antioxidants, heavy metals, trace elements, allergens, food intolerance, and a lot more, which allows the doctor conduct an in-depth analysis of individual performance and formulate an optimal plan for the patient. Besides, diagnostics is assumed to be regularly repeated for correction.

Consulting a doctor and preparing an individual biohacking program

Based on the comprehensive diagnostics via the SensitivE Audit device, the specialist can create a personal health improvement, recovery or prevention program.

Repeated SensitivE Audit diagnostics show the dynamics of bodily functions. It helps monitor the functioning of all organs, and even indicators like heart rate, blood pressure, and the duration of sleep phases.

What does biohacking comprise?

Biohacking processes can be divided into nine segments controlled by the frequency-wave method. Let’s look at what each component includes:

1. Nutrition

Correcting the diet, selecting wholesome ingredients, ousting harmful products and those causing allergy or food intolerance.

2. Physical activity

Planning a workout schedule, selecting exercises according to the patient’s physical capacities and increasing exercise effect.

3. Hormonal state

Considering and adjusting laboratory tests with focus on gender and age.

4. Detoxification

Cleaning the body from toxins and correcting environmental exposure.

5. Genetics

Finding genetic abnormalities and original dispositions to diseases.

6. Sleep

Regulating sleep.

7. Brain activity

Boost of thinking process, attention and creativity.

8. Stress management

Correcting the emotional state amid stressful situations.

9. Cosmetological aspect

Analysis of skin health, its shade, possible wrinkles, pigmentation and bruises.

Final Note

Biohacking with the SensitivE Audit provides anyone with a working method to monitor health and optimize performance.

However, the patient should understand that this is not a single-shot procedure but a way of life. Positive results will not be longterm, if a person does not incorporate the findings in his or her lifestyle.

Allopathic medicine and diagnostic are working with particular disorders, but the method of frequency-wave imprinting helps estimate the level of health at the preclinical stage. That’s why this method is recommended for biohacking.

It’s recommended to use allopathic medicine while biohacking. We are all followers of the alternative view on health. How to combine it?

This process is more than standard prophylactic medical examination. Author correctly noticed that it is a lifestyle!

I would love to encourage the author regarding biohacking. The deeper you investigate, the better results you can reach. Obviously, better to prevent diseases at early stages, rather heal acute states.

In our latest essay, Maria Ushakova traces Jung’s path of individuation, the slow work of coming to know your own depths, and asks what becomes of our mental health when we look for meaning only in comfort, recognition, and wealth.

Asked late in life whether he believed in God, Jung answered: „I don’t need to believe. I know.“ ✨

In a new conversation for Just Breathe Mag, Dr. Peter Moosbrugger of @sonnenberg.health.hotel explains why illness so often takes hold long before we feel it, and what it means to start listening to the body earlier.

Sonnenberg Health Hotel is a healing hotel set high in the Swiss Appenzell hills, 972 metres above the village of Schwellbrunn. Rooted in the Biological Medicine of Dr. med. Thomas Rau, it treats the body’s own ability to regulate and regenerate as the centre of every stay. Clean mountain air and deep quiet meet a purely plant-based, gluten-free kitchen and a medicine that looks for the cause rather than the symptom.

There is a quiet moment, somewhere after the secon There is a quiet moment, somewhere after the second or third day of fasting, when the body lets go of glucose and turns to ketones instead. Something shifts. Hunger softens. The mind clears. And the noise of constant eating gives way to a deeper kind of listening.

Just Breathe Mag’s latest article follows that shift with the physicians of Marienkron Retreat and Health Resort, Dr. Ulrike Göschl and Dr. Martin Krizmanits, who gently separate what fasting truly offers from the myths that cling to it: the fear of starvation, the harsh detoxes, the truth about coffee, and why longevity is less about how long we live and more about how fully.

Psychology, in its original meaning, is the study Psychology, in its original meaning, is the study of the soul.

Yet modern medicine speaks of neurobiology, hormones, emotional regulation, and inherited traits. The soul has quietly left the conversation.

In part three of her worldview therapy series, Maria Ushakova returns to the questions psychology set aside. What lies beneath instinct, feeling, affect, and desire? And where do the roots of psychological suffering truly begin?

A reflection on ontological tendencies and the layers of the psyche.
