Staying Strong and Healthy During a Pandemic

The immune system is a system of biological structures and processes that provide protection from infections, toxins and malignant cells.
Our immune system is the main mechanism when combating any viruses; therefore, maintaining the immune system plays a key role in our health. This why we decided to share with you some tips we’ve been accumulating for years.
During the current pandemic, millions of COVID-19 tests are carried out worldwide. But they seem to be nothing but curiosity-driven: medical workers are trying to find out how many people have gotten sick and how many have died from the coronavirus infection. These numbers are then fed into various statistics. But for a particular person, such tests are irrelevant, given the absence of any efficient cure for COVID-19. Neither its known whether it will appear in the future, because the virus is constantly mutating.
The most typical virus infiltration into the body occurs through the nasopharynx, where it stays for several days before entering the lower respiratory tract. As a result, the virus causes pneumonia accompanied by lung tissue necrosis.
So what should we do? Wait for the pandemic to end? It will end at some point, but at the expense of millions of lives. But what if a second wave comes? So preventive measures are needed!
Viral disease prevention
Prevention of various diseases – especially during a pandemic – is vital for both adults and children. But not everyone follows the necessary preventative measures.
Prevention of viral infections, including the notorious COVID-19 coronavirus, is an important stage in the life of every person, since one can pick up the virus during any season, especially amid the pandemic.
Tips from a specialist practicing on Sensitive Audit devices:⠀⠀
- A healthy daily routine is vital. It is recommended to go to bed before 11pm and sleep for 7-8 hours without interruption. Remember that your immunity hinges on this.
- Avoid dehydration (drink 30ml of water per 1kg of body weight) and maintain normal indoor humidity (40-60%). Dry mucous membranes cannot effectively resist viruses.
- If in your diet, eat animal fat. This is the key to the lung surfactant health.
- Try to minimize stressful situations. Stress is a major enemy of the immune system.
- Add vitamins to your diet:
- Vitamin C: 1 gram with bioflavonoids at mealtime (a handful of dark berries or half a tangerine).
- Vitamin A: 10.000 units a day at mealtime. You can double the dose or take a triple dose every 3 days.
- Vitamin D: take according to the scheme during breakfast.
- Multivitamins with minerals in physiological doses, meaning that the daily dose is measured according to your body type.
- Do not forget about natural home remedies such as garlic and ginger. Consume a clove of garlic in the morning and a few cloves in the evening. Ginger should be chewed (dissolved) after possible suspicious contacts or in the evening. You can also season your dishes with turmeric and black pepper.
- It is necessary to exclude the following from your diet: simple carbohydrates, margarine, fermentation products (wine, some breads) and sugar.
- Increase the number of vegetables and herbs in your diet. Eat fermented (without salt and sugar) vegetables and berries every day.
- Do not use anti-febrile or anti-inflammatory agents. Replace hypotensive drugs or better switch to adequate doses of magnesium.⠀
By adhering to this simple program, you will protect yourself from any viral diseases.
Viral disease treatment
COVID-19 consists of an RNA molecule coated with a lipid envelope, which can be destroyed by high temperatures. When processed with steam, there is a hight chance that the virus dies within in 10 minutes.
So here is an old proven method for treating any kind of early viral infection. Disclaimer: this is not to say that this method will heal patients suffering from COVID-19! But if you show mild symptoms and are not in the high risk group, you can give it a try.
When feeling symptoms such as coughing or a sore throat you may want to try the following:
- Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add one tablespoon of baking soda per liter of water.
- After boiling, take the pot from the heat.
- Lean over the pot and breathe the steam for 15 minutes. You may want to cover your head with a towel to avoid the steam to “escape” to the sides. Be cautious to avoid inhalation burns.
The baking soda can dissolves the lipid envelope, leaving the virus “naked”. In such a state it becomes vulnerable to hot steam.
This technique is not a new innovation. Since the old days, people have been treating acute respiratory viral infections this very way: they breathed over a pot with hot potatoes, onions and baking soda. Although our ancestors did not know the technique’s mechanism of action, they saw its result: inhaling steam swiftly set the sick person on his/her feet allowing them to go back to work. But please remember that this is not the cure to the pandemic caused by the coronavirus! Rather it is an ancient household remedy that you may want to try when showcasing mild symptoms.
Wishing health to you and your loved ones!
