Getting on a plane or even a train can be difficult for people with anxiety, especially with a pandemic in full swing. Even if you have your own vehicle and can get yourself to your destination, you still have to work out what you are going to do about accommodation. Most travellers will stay in a hotel during their holiday, but hotels can be complicated places for the chronically-anxious.

A potential solution to both problems is to get yourself a campervan for your holidays. A campervan is both a means of transport and mobile accommodation for the duration of your trip. Buying a campervan, filling it with petrol, and sorting out the insurance isn’t exactly cheap. But you can’t put a price on your mental health.
