An Invitation to a Journey of Healing and Transformation
For centuries people have learned to balance their life honoring the natural moon cycles .
How often have we looked up at the full moon shining bright in the sky; giving us a sense of hope and inviting us to dream?
The feminine energy and our moods are highly influenced by the moon. The tides and all water energy moves in cycles. Farmers, hairdressers, healers and many more consider these cycles in their practices for clear alignment and manifestation.
The moon whispers through the nights. And in silence, we listen..
Tuning in our hearts we define the intention for a moon cycle lasting 28-days. It may be compassion, love, confidence, inspiration, ease, abundance, clarity or else.
We write our intention on a paper and prepare a space with a representation of all five elements: earth, water, fire, air, ether. The ether in the center, earth in the north, air in the east, fire in the south and water in the west. The positions move with the seasons. The representations can be a stone, a glass of water or shell, a candle (preferably beeswax or coconut wax), a feather, a crystal…
Waning Moon Ritual
We center ourself in our meditation space.
With gratitude and compassion we breathe in the light and exhale any burden or attachments. The air element is clearing thoughts and worries. Now, bringing our hands on your heart, we visualize healing, releasing any burden or pressure that may inhibit the inner flame to shine.
Placing our hands on our belly we give space to digest any stuck emotions or stress. Grounding ourself we release physical stress.
In the next few days, we will clear closets or material things that we do not need anymore. It is also a perfect time to do a detox or juicing fast. Also we may want to clear our life of any unhealthy habits or relations. We refrain ourselves from engaging into conversations or thoughts that cause stress and are not serving us at the moment.
After creating space considering all five elements along this cycle, we can now plant new seeds with the New Moon.
New Moon Ritual
We center ourself in our meditation space bringing awareness to our breath and body. With mindfulness we create a mantra that resonates with the frequency of our intention. Per ex: I am at peace, My love is my strength…
Visualizing a loving light coming from the crown of our head and directed towards our heart, bringing warmth and enlightening the flame within. We place our hands on our belly and visualize peace and kindness towards our inner child, nurturing our emotional realm with positive intention.
We visualize a strong healthy base supporting us which brings a sense of ease and confidence.
Here are ways to take action in our life during this cycle:
For the earth element we may plant a seed of a flower, a tree, a plant that inspires us and reflect our intention.
We focus on bringing our intention into a relationship that deserve attention to nourish the water element. In the fire element we take leadership initiating a project we may have procrastinated for a while. And for the Air, we practice conscious communication planting seeds in our mind with a positive perspective.
When we have set clear intention and planted new seeds time comes to facilitate their manifestation.
Waxing Moon Ritual
We center ourself in our meditation space and create a vision board based on the placement of each element. These alignments, visualizations and actions through the whole cycle will reflect in the quantum field to attract the manifestation of our intention.
Feel free to use your creativity in writing what you wish to manifest in each of the five elements: material, resources (earth), relational, community (water), inspiration, mission (fire), culture, vision (air), all based and aligned with your intention (ether).
When the vision board is clearly set, we take a moment to meditate and to visualize the manifestation of this vision with grace, abundance and gratitude.
We align our actions and communication in a way that reflects our vision. When we have activated our vortex we create time for completion and integration.
Full Moon Ritual
We center ourselves in our meditation space. We choose a music that brings a sense of ease, a sense of joy, and sit in a comfortable position. You are also welcome to dance and to invite the embodiment of your vision in an integrative way.
We visualize our whole being and intention shining bright like the moon.
Breathe in the light, breathe out the light.
This cycle is an invitation to experience contentment and plenitude with what is.
Life is in constant evolution, moving through cycles of release, renewal, expansion and celebration. The movement continues in a rhythm that is organic and natural. When we repeat the process through the lunar cycles, we strengthen our vortex and unveil wonders along the journey.
To learn more about the moon cycles, the five elements and how to integrate the ancestral wisdom into your everyday life, I would like to invite you to the next 28-Day Vortex Immersion which begins on the 19th of December 2019. A clear guidance to support a harmonious, mindful transition into the New Year.
Embrace the Journey,
