Five Days of Gratitude: 2. Fire Element

On the second day of our yoga journey we will establish a deep connection to the fire element. Today, we will take the time to be grateful in our actions and take leadership with benevolence. We will do this with the help of specific pranayamas and visualizations to boost our inner fire and motivation.

The fire element brings vitality. It is warm, but when it becomes too hot, it may burn not only yourself but also others. Learning to manage our fire wisely affects our entire being and our environment. It enhances our charisma. When we move and express ourselves with warmth, empathy and leadership, we reconnect with many around us who are attracted by this vibe.
