Five Days of Gratitude: 3. Water Element

Today we focus on the water element. It teaches us to be grateful in our relationships and to channel our emotions creatively. Have a glass or a bottle of water close by. Together we will purify and magnetize it with gratitude (watch the video below for a follow along ritual).

A healthy digestive system and blood-circulation are vital to this element. The water element is also reflected in our relationships and how we channel our emotions. When the water is blurry, stuck or agitated, we may notice reactions in our digestion, in our emotional balance and our relations. We heal and nourish our water element by drinking water that is magnetized with gratitude.

Our emotions show us very clearly that this element is in movement. Emotions are source of vitality and energy that we can channel wisely and creativity. Unless we stress about these and loose control on this powerful vital energy that moves within us.
