Soul Reading: Finding Your Path Through Deep Immersion

One only can perceive the vibes that come out of the woman that is about to start the session. Everybody around her is eager to know what is about to happen, as nobody has ever done a “Soul Reading” before. We take our sits in a circle, as some candles start melting in the center and everybody respectfully stays quiet…

A soul reading session, at first, could seem somehow intimidating for some people, as it involves opening our energies and frequencies to someone to read them and expose them to people that we may or may not know, in order to obtain some information about this life, getting some answers from our pasts lives or maybe getting in contact with a beloved one. We never know what could happen in the session, but that’s the beauty behind it. Finding answers to questions that are hidden deep inside our souls, answers that will help us release past situations and give a proper closure in order to find peace and calm in our present life.

 

The mission of our soul

The reader will find information from your soul and future possibilities as well. They will always reveal to you what you need to learn at that moment so you can continue your journey properly aligned with your heart’s desires, with your passion, and most importantly, with your purpose. The expectations we may have, the fear, the negative emotions, everything will be left behind once we hear the voice of our soul. This way we are capable of embracing love and letting everyday challenges be one step ahead of our mission in life.

The soul is the real us behind the social constructions, behind the body, and behind all the masks we need to wear in order to have a “good” relationship with society and the rest of our peers. Most of the time, we are not able to pursue our dreams, so we relegate them until we almost forget what we really want in life.  The soul is that part of us that “knows” who we truly are and what we really want. It is the part of us who unconditionally loves us, as “it” knows our true essence.

 

A wake-up call for the Self

As the session develops, the medium, that channel between this world and the spiritual world, will ask us to say our full birth name in order to open the correct channels of our soul. The medium can see images that will be interpreted, in this case, we will have to maintain an open mind. The level of energy felt during the session could be intense, as many emotions will come to light, emotions or situations that on some occasions, we have preferred to pass unnoticed.

A soul reading could be also a wake-up call for ourselves, the moment we realize that we need to move forward from our crisis or from any blockages we may have in life, connecting with our ancestors, so we can hear our real calling in this life, feeling guided, but above all, loved. What is really important to know is that for the sake of a real connection with our soul, we need to stay open to anything that comes from our aura, from our chakras, as our energy alignment with the medium is paramount. There is no need to believe in astrology, tarot, spiritism, etc., only to have an open mind, so you can participate in this form of guided meditation.

Sometimes, we enter into situations where we seem to not find an answer, we feel lost and don’t even know where to start, we don’t seem to even find a purpose, which eventually leads us to a state of unhappiness that can get us into conflict in different aspects of our life. This is where the importance of soul reading lies: being able to find our balance and therefore, a true state of joy.

This is a recipe created especially for Shrove Tue This is a recipe created especially for Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Day, but World Vegetarian Day is also the perfect day to enjoy these Gluten-free Citrus Polenta Pancakes. Right?You will need:
🥞½ cup polenta
🥞30 g rice flour
🥞Pinch salt
🥞1 egg
🥞½ cup rice milk
🥞1 orange or lemon, zest and juice
🥞30g melted butter
🥞1 dessertspoon coconut oil for fryingMethod:
- Mix together all dry ingredients.
- Beat the egg, then add in the melted butter and milk.
- Fold in the dry ingredients. Mix until just blended. Fold in the orange juice and zest.
- Allow to rest for 10 minutes before frying.
- Melt some coconut oil in a skillet on medium high. Dollop in about 1/2 cup of batter.
- Wait for the bubbles to appear and begin popping, then flip over the pancake.
