How to Find Balance in Times of Uncertainty
© Austin Neill
We are all affected by the global pandemic and learn new ways to adapt to this situation.
In addition to all the emergency actions taken by the government, there are millions of people meditating and praying worldwide. We are all connected. What is happening at this time reminds us to join our prayers, our breath, and our hearts as we all walk together on this beautiful planet.
The day after my arrival in Switzerland the flights got canceled and borders began to close. It was time to stay home. After living abroad for 27 years, it is in my country of origin that I am finding myself during this period. The synchronicities brought us together at Moulin de Vies, a healing sanctuary in Switzerland. We are four people from four different countries eating raw vegan food and drinking the fresh water from the river. We are all experts in different modalities of healing, wellbeing and/or self-development. Our focus is on aromatherapy and raw food consulting, meditation, yoga and coaching online.
The one:one coaching sessions offer a psycho-emotional alignment to heal, connect and manifest. If you are interested, click HERE to schedule a guidance with me personally.
The Wisdom of the Five Elements of Nature
All the elements have their place and support the balance of our inner ecology. Mother Nature provides us with the resources we need to live as well as the knowledge to create.
The ether is a subtle yet powerful energy. When we are in a high vibration, our magnetism and charisma is strong. The activation of our vital energy – the qi or prana – with meditation, conscious movements, mantras and/or prayers elevates our frequency.
The wireless networks stream invisible radio waves, a form of radio frequency radiation (EMF) through the air. Cellphones, bluecoat speakers, 4g, 5g, etc. cross the world constantly. Imagine how we connect with family or with colleagues with video-calls while the satellites provide so many channels on TV. Have you ever thought that if they pass through the walls they may also pass through our body and affect our vital energy?
A regular practice of Qigong, Yoga, pranayama, Tai-Chi, and/or Vortex Meditation activates your vital energy and promotes balance. It clears and strengthens our electromagnetic field.
We would love to invite you to our next Global Vortex Activation Meditation on the 4th of Aprilat 9:30am EST. Find me on Instagram for live directions.
Air Element
The air element manifests with the winds. Sometimes it is cloudy, sometimes it is dry, sometimes warm or cold. The air we breathe brings oxygen and vitality to all the cells of our body. So does our mind. The way we think affects our wellbeing, balance and sense of direction.
We receive information from many sources to learn about the worldwide pandemic and its effect in the community. We do not have the exact answers of its origin and neither a cure. So all this information can lead to confusion and awaken fears. We shall be selective yet mindful and attentive. Focusing our mind towards healing and a positive perspective lifts up our vibration and the one of others around us.
With a deep breath we take a healthy distance from the overflow of information and emotions. The practice of pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation releases stress and boosts vital energy.
Here is a Krya Yoga Video taught by Sadhguru, a breathing technique to boost your immune system during coronary virus.
A change of perspective leads to more balance in times of uncertainty.
Fire Element
The Fire changes temperature and shapes. We feel the warmth of the sun that could sometimes burn, the light of a candle or the heat of a bonfire. Our energy and motivations are also affected by our environment and external influences.
Our rhythm of life has changed. A high percentage of the population is experiencing a drastic change of rhythm. Learning to redirect our attention and actions adapting to this situation can be challenging for many. We will adjust our rhythm and activities to the circumstances. Some of our usual behaviors and daily actions are now shifting.
How can we keep our fire up?
May we all open our hearts and connect. Love makes our heart sing and together we create a beautiful symphony.
Water Element
The water has many forms. Sometimes it flows, sometimes it freezes, and sometimes it is peaceful and other times wavy. Our emotions and the water that flows within us have all those characteristics as well.
A necessary social distancing affects our relationships. Some families find themselves closer than ever. Children and parents are learning to relate in new ways, while other people are more isolated. Emotions are triggered and come to the surface giving us the opportunity to learn to navigate those waves with positive intention.
We offer clear tools to channel emotions creatively during our coaching programs, taking in consideration the emotional intelligence. If you are interested in a 9-month coaching certification training to support people through life transition, click HERE to become a DHARMI® Method Facilitator.
Earth Element
The earth nourishes us; it can be very fertile, and sometimes it will be dry and sometimes flooded. The earth in our inner ecology is our immune system. It is also the way we manage our resources of time, nutrition and physical space.
There are many ways to strengthen our immune system with healthy food. We also have to take the necessary measure to protect others and ourselves. A healthy diet with fresh food supports your health and our inner balance. Add Echinacea, vitamin C, and superfoods (use this link for a 10% discount) to boost our immune system. The creation of a discipline with physical exercises daily keeps our body strong and healthy.
Many blessings to you, to us, to all,
