Energy Self-Test: Superconscious Nutritional Diagnosis

Inflammation is no longer a term used solely to identify achy muscles and pain, but it has actually become a trigger for much of the disease we experience. From a dietary standpoint, we must learn how to reverse an inflammatory state and return to a healthy balance.

Eliminate junk or processed food and foods that cause inflammation from your diet to achieve this balance. Food-sensitivity testing allows us to energetically diagnose and record individual responses to foods, as well as test for any potential vital organ and glandular imbalances.

energy balanced food

We are composed of energy, and our foods are comprised of energy. Every time we eat, we generate an energetic reaction. Some food sources we consume align in balance with our constitutional, DNA-like energy, and some things we eat create an imbalance. Eating results in one of three things: an inflammatory effect, a balancing effect, or a degenerative effect. That’s because with energy, there are only three possible outcomes: excess, balance, or deficiency. Your goals are to embrace your wholeness by balancing your energy.

There are a number of energy self-test systems that effectively determine the most energetically compatible foods for a given person. One allows for self-testing.

The PPF Self-Test

I developed an easy method for an energy self-test called PPF, Punch Pushing the Fist. This is a pass/fail method for analyzing foods that will help balance your energy.

How it works

First, make a tight fist with your nondominant hand (left hand for right-handed people). Place your fist directly in front of your heart, approximately three inches away from your chest. Bend your arm and raise your elbow so that it is level with your fist. Place your dominant hand (right hand if you’re right-handed) in front of the nondominant fist. The dominant hand should be farthest from the body. Verbally call out the names of foods such as: apples, beef, chicken, salmon, blueberries, radishes, or whatever food you need to test.

As you call out each food, press the dominant hand against the nondominant hand and toward the chest. Repeat the process with each food you want to test.

If there is strong resistance when your dominant hand pushes against your fist, the food is beneficial. If there is little resistance and the nondominant hand moves in toward the chest, your energy is telling you to avoid that food.

The energy self-test can also be done by holding a food or an object in your non-dominant hand and following the steps of this testing method. An example I like to use is sugar. Hold a sugar cube in your nondominant hand and press firmly against it with your dominant hand. This is a processed, refined staple in most diets that rarely, if ever, is met with strong resistance.

Test Your Organs

Your body is capable of determining the nutritional energy you need to maintain a balance, if you allow it to communicate with you. It can also convey the areas of the internal body that might require the assistance of a physician.

To determine the efficiency or deficiency of your internal organs, you may use the same process. Call out your organs in sequence: liver, gallbladder, heart, small intestine, spleen stomach, lung, large intestine, kidney, and bladder. This is also a pass/fail energy self-test. If any of the organs are deficient, your nondominant hand will have no resistance when you push firmly against it. A strong organ will produce a strong resistance, and the nondominant hand will remain tight and in position, three inches away from your chest in front of your heart.

Get Assistance

Assist the natural curative powers of body, mind, and spirit by consciousness and superconscious nutritional diagnosis. However, there are times when we need the assistance of a physician who can guide us in the use of supplements, homeopathics, and other forms of natural healing that may include specific nutritional advice. When that is required, the EMT Surrogate Protocol can be of tremendous assistance to the diagnosing physician.

Kelly Kolodney, known as „The Angel Lady,“ has spent nearly four decades helping people find their way back to their own inner knowing.

In a new conversation for Just Breathe Mag, she speaks about the exhaustion so many of us carry without naming it, the small practices that begin to settle a restless mind, and what it takes to trust yourself again.

In our latest essay, Maria Ushakova traces Jung’s path of individuation, the slow work of coming to know your own depths, and asks what becomes of our mental health when we look for meaning only in comfort, recognition, and wealth.

Asked late in life whether he believed in God, Jung answered: „I don’t need to believe. I know.“ ✨

In a new conversation for Just Breathe Mag, Dr. Peter Moosbrugger of @sonnenberg.health.hotel explains why illness so often takes hold long before we feel it, and what it means to start listening to the body earlier.

Sonnenberg Health Hotel is a healing hotel set high in the Swiss Appenzell hills, 972 metres above the village of Schwellbrunn. Rooted in the Biological Medicine of Dr. med. Thomas Rau, it treats the body’s own ability to regulate and regenerate as the centre of every stay. Clean mountain air and deep quiet meet a purely plant-based, gluten-free kitchen and a medicine that looks for the cause rather than the symptom.

There is a quiet moment, somewhere after the secon There is a quiet moment, somewhere after the second or third day of fasting, when the body lets go of glucose and turns to ketones instead. Something shifts. Hunger softens. The mind clears. And the noise of constant eating gives way to a deeper kind of listening.

Just Breathe Mag’s latest article follows that shift with the physicians of Marienkron Retreat and Health Resort, Dr. Ulrike Göschl and Dr. Martin Krizmanits, who gently separate what fasting truly offers from the myths that cling to it: the fear of starvation, the harsh detoxes, the truth about coffee, and why longevity is less about how long we live and more about how fully.

Psychology, in its original meaning, is the study Psychology, in its original meaning, is the study of the soul.

Yet modern medicine speaks of neurobiology, hormones, emotional regulation, and inherited traits. The soul has quietly left the conversation.

In part three of her worldview therapy series, Maria Ushakova returns to the questions psychology set aside. What lies beneath instinct, feeling, affect, and desire? And where do the roots of psychological suffering truly begin?

A reflection on ontological tendencies and the layers of the psyche.
