Five Days of Gratitude: 1. Air Element
This is Day 1 of our 5 Day Gratitude week. This is a time to be grateful in our thoughts, in our communication, in our breath. With these specific exercises we will support this precious process.
“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.”
The air element relates to the clarity of the air we breathe and also how our body takes in the oxygens and nourishes our cells. A purification of the air around us with mindful breathing techniques will lead to a clear mind and body.
The air element enables us to truly recognize the power of our thoughts and our words. Our words are like the wind and affect the other elements in a positive, uplifting way. Or even in a negative way depending of our focus.
Today’s journaling inspiration:
We will write inspirational quotes of gratitude in our journal, and also include what and who we are thankful for.
