It reminds me of the times we live in. We can’t really see what is around the corner but we can trust our inner compass for our journey ahead.
Absence of trust is a slippery slope towards fear and anxiety. This is especially so when we are unable to trust ourselves. There is a lot of talk about trusting others but what about trusting ourselves? When we are not trusting ourselves (which often we are not aware of) we are not trusting life and its unfolding. We are pushing and fighting against what is.
Consider the enquiry
What does trusting myself mean? Are there areas in your life in which you don’t trust yourself? What are areas in which you want to cultivate more self-trust? Is it trusting your body and its optimum health, trusting your inner guidance for answers or perhaps the ability to love yourself? The basis of self-trust is self-love.
