Born in Pieve a Nievole in the province of Pistoia, Daniele Ciofi is the Chef of Palazzo BelVedere with a love for experimenting modern techniques and mixing those with exciting flavors.
He has worked closely with great chefs such as Enrico Derfligher, Fulvio Pierangelini, Gualtiero Marchesi, Davide Scabin and Enrico Bartolini. Among his most important collaborations are Desinare Firenze, Borgo Finocchieto Buonconvento, MO Eventi Milano, Palazzo Boccella, Made and Accademia Marchesi.
