We live in a digital civilization, in which we find everyone pre-occupied with their gadgets and gizmos, assuming it gives them an ‘elite’ status. This digital and technological overload is making us increasingly susceptible to mental diseases and imbalances.

The increased use of technology is stripping us of our energy, vitality and life force.

Technology has over powered our lives to an extent where children who are suppose to play with each other are now only found playing with and on their phones. Social events are no more meant for connecting with each other. People are found marking their attendance at such events and then getting busy on their phones. Family dinners are incomplete without ‘phones’ being an important member of the family. Posting pictures on social media has become more important than actually enjoying the moments that are being captured for posting.

We must take cognizance of what this is doing to our real social lives and what it could do to our mental and physical well-being. This over dependence on gadgets is stripping us of time which we are meant to spend with our loved ones as well as ourselves. This may lead to a host of mental disorders, social isolation, loneliness and coldness. If we do not take corrective measures to improve our digital life balance, we will soon become robots. Crystal Healing

Electromagnetic radiation emitted by our cell phones and other devices exposes us to the risk of cancer besides many other mental and nervous disorders, as well as eye damage, brain damage and cognitive dissonance.

Spending more time with family and friends, surrounding oneself in nature and using crystals helps to create a shield which protect us from the side effects of digitalization, which we all are victims of.

Crystals can be our alleys ok helping us do so. Just as electricity needs earthing to prevent from shocks, crystals can be employed to provide earthing from the shocks caused to our brains and bodies.

Crystal Healing is used to treat people and their energy system. By placing the crystals on and around the body, they can help to draw out any negative energy.

Crystals can act as a channel for healing which can help positive and healing energy flow into the body, causing negative energy to be drawn out. They are known to have been used for prevention of disease and curing of illnesses. They are very effective in helping us protect ourselves from the effects of EMF (electro magnetic frequency), which are emitted by our gadgets.

 

Healing Magnesium Crystal Bath for Digital Detox

Not only is this bath great for detoxing excess EMF build up but this bath is extremely relaxing as well.

Magnesium is a magical mineral that increases serotonin in our systems which creates calm relaxation in us. This bath is perfect for use after radiation exposure of any sort (going through TSA, x-ray screenings, etc.) or even too much time on your mobile device or computer.

Children, pregnant women and anyone with chronic illness should avoid this bath or consult with their doctor first regarding the use of high water temperature for bathing.

Recipe:
  • 1 lb. Himalayan sea salt (can substitute regular sea salt)
  • 1 lb. baking soda
  • 1-2 tablespoons of Magnesium Concentrated trace minerals (stress from EMF & radiation pollution drains magnesium & increases adrenaline)
  • tub of very hot water
  • 1 tumbled stone each of serpentine & rhodonite (magnesium containing minerals safe for putting into your bath)

Now just soak in the tub until it cools. Then after your bath, do not dry off or shower off right away. You can choose to rub down with some magnesium oil or if you’re going to bed you can rub some on the bottom of your feet. You want to allow the minerals to soak into your skin.

 

Digital detox is paramount for a healthy life balance.
