Purification Tea For Cold Days

Sweet, spicy and one of the best drinks to have during the winter, ginger lemon tea is power-packed with some incredible health and body care benefits!
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger,
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ltr. water
- Add ginger, honey and lemonjuice in a teapot
- Pour boiling water in it
- Let the tea steep about 30 minutes
Perfect for all Doshas; the best time to drink it is before breakfast or during meal times.

From an Ayurvedic point of view depressions are mostly caused by an imbalance of the Doshas Vata, Pitta and Kapha, combined with a lack of self-confidence.
