Purification Tea For Cold Days

Sweet, spicy and one of the best drinks to have during the winter, ginger lemon tea is power-packed with some incredible health and body care benefits!
- 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger,
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ltr. water
- Add ginger, honey and lemonjuice in a teapot
- Pour boiling water in it
- Let the tea steep about 30 minutes
Perfect for all Doshas; the best time to drink it is before breakfast or during meal times.
When someone says to me that they meditate, I feel inspired by them and humbled that they can include this ancient discipline from the East into their lives.
