Purification Tea For Cold Days

Sweet, spicy and one of the best drinks to have during the winter, ginger lemon tea is power-packed with some incredible health and body care benefits!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. fresh grated ginger,
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 ltr. water

 

Method:

  • Add ginger, honey and lemonjuice in a teapot
  • Pour boiling water in it
  • Let the tea steep about 30 minutes

 

Ayurveda characteristics:

Perfect for all Doshas; the best time to drink it is before breakfast or during meal times.
