Divine Heartbeat. Love Yourself.

Food for Your Soul, Soul December 7, 2022 Claudia Roth
Divine Heartbeat. Love Yourself.

It is a shared belief “you have made it if you are wealthy!” But is it really so? Or is the real measurement to care about Love? The more I love myself, the more I can also love others?

I am not speaking about finding anything outside of ourselves or outside of life, but about everything to do with how we experience life, directly, when tuned in to Source which is Love.

Love is the only currency that multiplies the more we use it.

We all act on a Stage

We move, and we are moved. As actors on a stage, we can become aware, first, of being actors and then of being the director, then the set, and all that surrounds it.

So, there is an evolution from feeling separate, towards effortless being, without being consumed by individual desires or needs which tend to consume us as we try to fulfill them.

Ask yourself, what is my direct experience of life?
If it is dominated by fear, anger, or feelings of not being good enough or loneliness, or just a seemingly endless but mostly acceptable mildly anxious state, then ask yourself, is it perhaps something that I can break free from?
Some people are so used to living in a lower energetic vibration that they don’t even know that they live in it. Taking an honest look inside yourself is step one.

Even as we find ourselves at different stages of inner growth, we are all connected, as if to a grid. We all interact with each other, somehow. This must be the conclusion if we accept that everything is energy and vibration.

We’re at a Crucial Junction of Evolution – choose your stage

I keep repeating it, but I don’t think it can be said often enough; we are standing on the axis of a major shift, although it may mostly apply to those a little ahead on the curve of awakening.

How do you know where you are on the curve? One way to check in is by knowing that you care less about what others think, or say, or even do. Instead, what matters is how you feel.

jpurney of awakening

Another way to know that I am not regressing, but rather progressing, on the journey of awakening, is that I don’t tend to wish harm upon others, nor will I strike out in anger based on judgments. I am forgiving myself and others. This doesn’t mean I agree with others. Instead, I honour my boundaries.

This is a tall order. But it is also very simple.

Ask yourself, how do I really want to feel?
Yes, I think that you can demand an honest answer. After all, you are only asking yourself!

The current societal structures are mainly built on fear. And many of us wish for something else, something better. Try something radical; Don’t fear losing fear! The future, Covid, old age, poverty, illness, death, and a world war of irreversible climate change… you name it; we are continuously fed with information to induce various fears in us. Just decide to stop buying any of it! And make a commitment to yourself to take practical steps that can help you stop adhering to this mainstream staple standard.

See the trajectory as one of a motion from fear to love.

Working with the Body

The body is like an instrument for accessing issues very directly. The body remembers and keeps an imprint of emotional and physical pain, trauma included, until freed. There are many modalities that can access different parts of us, without words. Words tend to complicate matters and easily engage an often-critical mind. It is possible to resolve issues without words, through movement, dance, drumming, painting, soul journaling, practicing silence and so on.

At any time simply stop what you are doing and check in with yourself:
How do I feel, right now?
The more you practice becoming aware of how you feel and develop rituals to shift your feelings, allowing yourself to feel into how it would feel to already be “there” – in a ‘zone of Love’.

love yourself

Being honest about ourselves and our feelings and working directly with the body may well mean that we are finally truly dedicated to the path of falling in Love – with myself and with the world.

It’s an ongoing choice; feeling good about myself, my life.
I choose to live in Love – with myself and with the world.

If you can’t make such a choice for yourself, then others will continue to make a range of choices for you, and you allow yourself to be a puppet on a string.

Lover Consciousness – Could it be also looking for You?

These days many of us feel that we have already lived many lives in this one. When I think of my life 10 years ago and now, it feels like a different life altogether. Never mind reincarnation, much learning is here and keeps going on in this lifetime.

That is because evolution is speeding up. Many are opening to a Light carried within and allowing it to guide them, and so will act as guides to others around them too.

One stage in this transformation can be the longing to “live one’s best life”. A next stage – not based on others’ judgments but on a feeling within, a sense of purpose, without pride. In this state the claiming of achievements will be impossible, as the feeling is that there is nobody there doing anything – one is one with the flow.

The Awakening Tribe

If you resonate with this all, perhaps it is true that we belong to the same ‘awakening tribe’.

I end with a few commitments that will be good for any awakening tribal to keep in mind:

  1. Enjoy and be patient with the process, celebrate your progress towards the one goal – love, or Oneness.
  2. Accept yourself, just as you are. Accept any moment as it is.
  3. Persevere, even when the going gets tough, especially Life being perceived as being difficult does not mean that the goal will not be reached. Remember, the universe is on your side. It wants the best for you, it is just trying to make sure you grow like you need to.
  4. Take time for you. Yes, alone too sometimes, without distractions. It can be in a yoga class if the self discipline for home practice and “simply being” is not (yet) there or go for a walk with you and yourself (without phone!).
  5. Gratitude is the gatekeeper to your heart. Write down what you are grateful for. It immediately raises your vibration.
  6. Make silence your friend and discover it as a dynamic space for your awakening.
  7. Seek out an ‘awakening community’ and learn, grow, evolve with the support of others. Check out the communities I ran HERE.
  8. Love your life, just as it is. Love yourself, just as you are.

Until the next time
with Love,
Claudia

Learn How to Meditate - 7 Simple Tips for Everyone Learn How to Meditate - 7 Simple Tips for EveryoneLearning how to meditate can be intimidating. But as with everything: practice makes perfect. In today’s article (link in bio), Lahra Tatriele shares 7 tips that will ease your journey:1. Before you start, put in your mind, “Meditation is attainable for me.” It is not difficult.2. Sit in a relaxed position for your body – on the floor or on a chair.3. Choose an object of focus that makes you feel good, e.g.: breathing, a mandala painting or a photo/image, etc.
Use this as a tool to bring harmony and love to your mind.
Use it as a way to bring about concentration and mindfulness4. Turn your vision inward and observe your breathing.
By observing your breathing, you will calm your mind naturally.
Observe the fickle-mindedness of your mind coming in and fading away, bringing about a steady concentration. Allow your concentration to turn into contemplation and slowly, you will forget about both yourself and any form, effortlessly blossoming into meditation.5. Become a source of love and light.
Once your calm mind is steady, let love permeate within you and around you like a radiant light.6. For healing, gently direct your thoughts to make your body healthy, alleviate your mind of stress, send your love to someone in suffering, etc.
Bring inner wisdom to your mind so that it becomes increasingly harmonious, and use this for healing the body, trauma or others in your life.7. Let go and let spirit in.
If you know how to meditate it will train your mind to become good, full of love – enough to heal yourself and others. Ultimately, there will be no Form, only Atma or soul in union with the Divine.Do you meditate regularly?
